This piece is created with a most simple and powerful meditation.

Inhale: Mindfully take in suffering.
Exhale: Send out care.

Repeat.

Sometimes the inhale is for the suffering of others, known and unknown. Sometimes it is for my own suffering. (Yes, including the suffering of deepening realization of how I have been part of a system of oppression.) Learning to be with pain is critical for me to stay in the conversation and continue to take actions to be part of the change.
