During a summer trip to upstate New York with my family, we ventured into the woods to go mountain biking. I was absolutely smitten with these trees. The movement of light in every direction sparked peace and joy.

It is a magical place to be immersed in the woods. With soft pine needles below and dancing leaves and light above.

I felt an invitation in this space to be totally here, now. I road my bike down one of these trails and felt fully alive and present. I thought to myself, 'however fast life goes, I will be here for it."
